Foreman
Responsible for overseeing, coordinating and managing day to day field operations of projects in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensures that operations are completed in a timely manner and within budget constraints. Oversees project operations and maintains complete and support documentation in project files. Establishes and maintains positive relations with Project Managers, Clients and Material Suppliers. Coordinates and performs all internal and external tasks to be completed per project specifications.
Operator / Laborer
Responsible for the operation of equipment/machinery to produce a quality project in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Inspects and services equipment, utilizes measurement equipment along with project drawing to ensures compliance, completeness and accuracy to job drawings and project specifications.
Ensures that operations are completed in a timely manner and within project constraints. Documents results as required. Establishes and maintains positive relations with Crew, Foreman, and Project Manager. Completes coordinated activities and tasks to project specifications.
Performs re-inspections and re-work as requested. Ensures that work area, machines and equipment are clean, serviced, and in proper working order.
